Revolution in Egypt

 

On February 11, 2011, President Hosni Mubarak resigned from his office and transferred power to the Supreme Military Council of Egypt.  The country is now entering a period of transition, with changes to the Constitution and new national elections expected.  This page serves as a resource for statements from the Supreme Council as well as news about the ongoing changes in Egypt.
